Reflections on the Life Round Here Project
Making an I-movie can sound quite simple, but lots of interesting and challenging things are required in the background. My group, the Thailand group, had to tell about Thai culture, and how the international influence affected us. The main topics my group had to do were food, beliefs, traditional costumes, traditional structures, traditional sports, landscape, and the national animal. The 3 main, essential questions my group focused on were: what is life here in Thailand and how did the international influence affected us. Ever since our class finished the Life Round Here Project, I have learned a lot. These are just some of the things I’ve learned so far: speaking in a loud and clear voice with emotions, organizing the pictures along with the script we were reading out loud, finding the pictures’ URLs, and, supporting our ‘main topics’. The concepts in making an I-movie are: writing the detailed script, finding pictures, copying the pictures’ URLs, ordering the pictures in the correct order, recording our voices, and then we had to listen through the movie and edit any changes that were necessary.
After all that hard work, here it is- the I-movie my group and I have worked on. I hope you enjoy it!
